Taco has been sold. I no longer check this account :(
Those mounts look great! Subbed for when you get the mounts for two 10" bars on either side of the plate.

I am definitely open to ideas! I also have it all figured out in my head, and Cali Raised just sent me a 7" duel row to use for testing. I just need to go build the parts and draw them up in CAD for my next cut run. Please shoot me a PM with what you are thinking!

Well I think if you make it with only using two bolts on the inner side of the bumper brackets and long gate the holes for height adjustment and have a solid piece running across from one side to the other. I wish three as a way I could draw it out to u then you would see it

I think you forgot who's thread this is. LOL. I believe he was referring to MojaveMadman's welding skills. I can attest, those are beautiful welds.

Thank you for sharing, I will probably work on this design around February. I have some 4Runner parts I am working on right now as well and that is the next product on my list for development. Plus I am working with some 2016 owners to see if these fit their trucks as well... A lot to do while working 40+ a week haha. No complaining, I love my job and doing this. Just have to make it work with my wife and two young kiddos as well.

Really appreciate it! Been welding since I was 15 (I am 33 in March). Fabbed professionally for 8 years before joining the Air Force. 9 years of Air Force later, now I do it for fun out of my small garage shop. Hoping to expand into a full time job in the next couple years. My family is burned out on the Military life, we will be back in CA in a year either way, haha.

This is the switch. It's generic. If you want a more Toyota specific switch I would suggest going to https://www.otrattw.net to get something that suites your liking more.

As for mounting, any where you want. There is no specific rule and depending on your model of truck, there are different open switch locations. There are a lot of wiring write ups on here that can give you tons of ideas for switch locations and all that fun stuff. I personally use a Bussman relay/fuse box with switches in a custom housing in the lower consol.

Any pics of pods mounted to these?

Thinking of a couple Rigid D2's. Knowing they would be installed with post positioned horizontally & assuming light pattern isn't negatively impacted (I'll confirm with RI).

To answer your question first, no you cannot do this I don't think. I don't have a set of Rigid's to test but the Cali Raised pods are similar. The pod mounts push the LED forward, which will push them into the grill of the truck.

So between this question and people asking to mount two small LED mounts I have come up with a new idea I have not seen before. I have designed a new mount that I call the "Quad." This will allow you to mount two LED pods on each side of the lower grill. For people that just want pods, these will work great. For people that want to leave the license plate in the factory location, these will work great! It lets you mount the pods flat, so you don't have to worry about the reflectors being the wrong direction. It is 100% bolt on, and it is adjustable for 05-11 and 12-15 grills so it will work for both models. I am going to have a test set cut next week hopefully with my 2016 mounts, at which point I will post some pictures of an actual mount. Here is a draft so you can get an idea of what I am thinking! It is exploded, so you can see where the parts will go to if that makes sense.

    Outstanding!!

Thanks for incorporating the additional suggestions.

Oh.. would you also consider a package deal with these mounts with 2 pods & switch? I'm guessing/assuming wiring harness, relay, etc. is included with pods.
