Sorry I don't have pics guys. But I can try to give you a step-by-step of how I installed it...

This applies specifically to the Tough Light 32" Light Bar

    http://www.tough-light.com/

    1. Shimmy the light behind the bumper.
--it will fit in between the skid plate and the aluminum bumper supports. Be careful not to scratch the lens.

    2. Once the light is centered, mark the holes.
--I used the plastic grill in the bumper to align and center the light. Just eye-ball it at the center. Be careful not to move the light once it's centered. I took a sharpie and marked the holes next. It's a tight squeeze for a hand and the angle is awkward but it can be done. Take the light out from behind the bumper and set it aside for now.

    3. Remove the bumper.
    http://www.customtacos.com/tech/files/05FSM/data/ileaf/06toyrm/06toypdf/06rmsrc/rm2006ta/06300.pdf

    4. Drill the holes.
--The aluminum bumper supports are hollow so two holes need to be drilled on each support (top and bottom). The top hole should be drilled large enough for the lightbar bolt. The bottom hole should be drilled large enough to fit a socket through. I used a 1/2" hole drill bit.

    http://images.lowes.com/product/converted/082472/082472122244.jpg

    5. Install the lightbar and wire it up.
-- I bought a stock switch and plugged it into the open slot next to the fog light switch.

    6. Reinstall the bumper.

Light output is pretty good. The plastic spars block some of the peripheral light but not much. I'm looking into installing a mesh grill in the bumper in hopes of getting a little better output.

I posted that mainly because i was trying to prove a point that no matter HID , LED , or Halogen lights the kelvin scale is important when choosing a light as much so as the desigh of a light. Higher kelvin more glare less focused light... NumNuts just wasnt properly informed on lighting before posting thats all ...

I am looking at adding the Defiant short tube light bar for the front of my 4Runner and of course I’m going to add some lights. So I am in a little debate with myself on what I want to get.

Does anyone have a Defiant bar with a light bar on it? What size is your bar? Will the 20” and a pair of Dually D2 fit on the short light bar?

I am pretty set on a pair of Rigid Dually D2 driving lights, but am not sure if I should get a pair of the Dually spot or a single 10” or even a 20” E-Series light bars. I do a lot of late night driving in the rural area, I need something that can light up road ahead of me while putting some light on the side for the road so that I can see the deer. I am going to wire the lights up so that the outside pair is on a switch and the inner light(s) are on another switch.

    Option 1: Dually D2 (x4)
    Option 2: Dually D2 (x2) & Dually Spot (x2)
    Option 3: Dually D2 (x2) & 6” E-Series (spot)
    Option 4: Dually D2 (x2) & 10” E-Series (combo)
    Option 5: Dually D2 (x2) & 20” E-Series (combo)
    Option 6: 3x 6” E-series (2 outers as a Combo with Center as a Spot)

    Great question.

Nothing right now other than it is a little difficult to get at it because it is in my bumper.

Many of the high quality LED's have very solid housings and use lexan lenses, so they tend to be quite strong. Rigid, for instance, has a lifetime warranty, so if you somehow managed to have the lens break with normal use, I think they'd take care of you.

    As far as security, I've heard of some people using security bolts, like these;
