Led light wiring

I'm hoping to wire some run-d led Amber cube lights tapped from the factory amber running lights. My goal was keeping them independent from the bright led headlights in the event of dense fog. If they are led should the factory wiring and fuse support this safely? Feedback appreciated.

 

I Ran my amber pods in my fog light spot by using an add a fuse into the Radio slot..then ran to my Switch then a relay and finally to my pods.

When key is on... my switch has power.
Then i can run my pods in any combination I choose.

 

Can you turn off your running lights while your headlights are on? I don't think so.

Led use less current than other lights but it depends on the specs of the lights.

 

I think they are a total of 70 watts for the pair. Was just trying to keep it simple if I could. Fewer switches in the cockpit too. Thanks!
