Wow that's bright. I wonder if I get a straight cree LED, 3D lens light bar, if it will be as bright.

Yeah, now they have that 4D lens which makes it more focused. I wonder how that would do. I may order a 3D pod and 4D pod to test that

I have zero interest in the RGB bar lighting, but I think a neutral 5K glow would be neat to be kept on most of the time. It wouldn't be bright enough to do anything, but would definitely make it stand out.

Yeah, this would be nice. I planned on using rgb and having the bar backlight on amber or white while driving.

be careful with that. I wouldnt risk driving with anything on the light bar "on".. probably get pulled over for having off road lighting on. I would only use the lighting when parked.

Hmm, it is a possibility. But itd be just like a running light. I plan to have some spot amber LED pods mounted to turn on while it is snowing or in fog.

they wouldnt know that tho is what im saying. they would think its on. even those pods will be an issue with LEO's. they are technically off road lights.. even if you are using them to help during storms.. they might ticket you.

they do make DOT approved pods now tho that you can use on the road.

Yeah, its a risky thing. That's cool they have DOT ones, j didn't know that.

I have a question on getting the kit wired up. Mine just came in today, but I noticed that there is a 12v power adapter with no cord to wire it up. How is everyone wiring them up to the truck? The only power supply I've seen plugs into the wall.
