Their customer support was fantastic for me. I had a flickering light due to a wire not being fully seated/soldered and they had me try switching sides to make sure it wasn't the truck. After I told them it still did it, they immediately sent me a code for a free one on Amazon. Hopefully they are good to you as well. I've had no problem with mine even with offroading a bunch (rain, puddles, dirt, sand, snow)

The WinJet style was just an OK look (for my tastes), but I just checked out the new style you just mentioned and boy do I like those! The smoked black would definitely be my choice to go with my Inferno. :D

I'm OK with the stock taillight housing..thankfully. I would really have to love the design of aftermarket ones in order to drop $300+ on them. I find most after market lights look like Amazon specials, ha!

My friend and I also had issues with their license plate lights...both started to flicker, on 2 separate vehicles. I went to Walmart and got some white LED ones and they've been great ever since.

Did you make sure the fan housing on the back of the bulb assembly was tight? It screws off and could be loose.

Thank you Ken and Rob for your discussions. I came to this thread trying to figure out what I want because there are so many choices out there. You guys mentioned about how things are changing so fast and it's interesting because I started to read this thread going backwards because I saw that the first post was made in 2016 and I believe some of the information and products can be outdated.

Welcome to the forums!! Glad you noticed that we are using completely different bulbs since the OP started this thread...because things have certainly changed indeed! If you have any questions, fire away

I want to build on what @ToyoDrew said, which was on point and who is definitely someone to pay attention to.......

Yeah, the OP posted all that so long ago and at the time it was the best of the best. Since then though as you've seen in here, a lot of new products were tested. It definitely makes it hard for guys like you. For example, those Hikari's were the top dog and are still a great choice. Unfortunately, for guys like @IPNPULZ that's not even the case. His issue might be resolved through Amazon but for me, it is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I only say this because at one time I was singing their praise. Now, to be honest, we are not talking about NASA spec'd products and because the popularity forces the manufacturers are pumping these out at higher rates the chances of getting a bad product is definitely a possibility. Which brings me to @XenonDepot. So not new at all. A lot of people are liking this company outside of this thread. Since I did my review a lot of people have bought into them. So far no one has complained. Besides being a great product, you have the benefit of picking up the phone and talking to a person if you have any issues.

So I'm still promoting the Xenon Depot H11 Extreme Pro LEDs. (Link to my Xenon Depot LED review is in my signature, and if you're not seeing people's signatures why view the forum on your phone, just turn it 90 degrees and they'll show up)

Just an update..on my rear LED turn signals. I got the Diode Dynamics HP11s and got to say I'm really not that impressed with them. Look basically same as stock to me, honestly. I was hoping for drastic change such as when I swapped LED turns in the front. It has a cleaner on/off but thats pretty much it.

Bummer man. I wish I could be more help. I wonder if @XenonDepot has an alternative, and you could return the DD?

Quality isn't that great as it was from Snapchat...but here you can see the comparison.

IMO, they were not worth $60.

Stock (left) vs DD HP11 (right)

Dude, I am staring at the center of your truck watching this video and when you adjust the EV to darken it up, my eyes are catching more light from the OEM's !!!!! Sorry for kicking sand but.......something is not right.

    Right....
Think I'm gonna return them. I can't imagine what their $40 bulbs would be like..stock would be brighter than them for sure.
