My truck is as new as of November 2018. I went with Philips. Not as bright as the off brand but i have had no issues with them since install.

Ok, post #3883 above. They are the famous Hikari brand bulbs. A bunch of us are using these. I even sent some to a member out in Vegas since they come 10 in a pack. You can use these in the side marker, license plate, and map lights.

What kind of finish are you looking for? Like injection molded finish?
These aren’t your average 3D print parts. They are done on a quarter million $ machine and the could pass for factory plastic parts. Uses the same material as well. I also do a post process and cover them with a texture top coat to blend in with the OEM panels even further.
You can only get so much light in the stock bulb housing going off the stock internal reflectors. Designing the light into a full replacement panel directs 100% of the light exactly where you need it.
Not here to sell anything, just giving a back history on the concept/design.

Yes, an injection moulding finish would be my preference. I 3D print as a hobby and I know they can be post-processed for excellent surface quality. I just looked at the photos on your web page @RobP62 linked and the 3D print raster surface still looked present. I'm not sure if those photos represent the product you ship, and I'm not criticizing your product even if the photos are an exact match. They look great, but they're just not my preference at the moment.

If I keep having bad luck with LED drop-in bulbs, perhaps I'll give yours a try.

It could be a bad batch maybe as I never heard that feedback from the deAuto - see if they can help and get you something different that agrees better with your car's voltage.

    Thanks

Hah :) No the team works with customers and product development and I help them on the forums. I want to be clear that I might not be able to give the quick answer that someone might expect without discussing it with the team and finding out all details about what might be going on in that particular situation.

@NEPAChuy I was able to get an update from the team and some good news. While the kit you have are installed in many Tacoma models without issue they have a slightly different setup for you to try and they will send you some goodies for all the trouble you had.

    Please keep us updated :)

Can you use H11/9 for both hi and low beams?
