So i installed some new diode dynamics led map and dome lights, they worked for a few seconds then blew out. Not even the stock bulbs work in the map or dome so i have been reading and believe it's a fuse. Only problem is, i have no clue which one. The diagrams aren't helpful at all and i do not have a manual, can anyone help me?

I literally just had this problem as well. It was a simple 7.5 fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Its in the bottom left corner of the fuse box if you are standing facing the driver's side fender.

I got it in a multi pack at walmart for $4ish

It is labeled DOME on the bottom of the fuse box lid. The fuse is brown in color.

You might want to pull them before you replace the fuse.

The reason mine blew was because one of the wires on the LEDs i bought, came loose an arched across both power and ground.

So if that happened to you, when you plug the fuse in, it might just blow again immediately or when you turn the light on the next time.

Check the bulbs and make sure the wires are where they should be and that the bulbs aren't in backwards.

As a good measure, i upgraded to sylvannia $10 a piece LED bulbs because they are stupidly bright and i know they aren't going to come apart like the chinese ones i had did. Food for thought.

Yes, dome light and map lights are all on the same fuse.

Usually if you put the LED bulb in backwards, it will simply not light up. But if the wires crossed, thats what blew the fuse.

So do not be alarmed if a bulb doesn't light up right away, just pull it out and flip it 180
