    Says in the first post, it rotates 360 degrees. So, no. It does not tilt up or down.

    If it is like other pods in that size, it will also tilt up and down a little in the vertical plane to allow adjustment of the height of the beam after mounting.

    It does tilt like the post below. You have 360 degree of adjustment on the horizontal plain and some degree on the vertical plain.
