Hi, new here got a 2016 Tacoma and started to work on doing lighting on my car, here is what I did and ran into some problems with the led turn signals

    Hid low beams
    Led high beams
    Led front turn signals
    Led rear turn signals
    Led brake
    Led reverse

The problem is weird my left turn signals don't work only when the headlight is on and when the headlights is off it blinks fine with no hyper flash, I tried a 3 ohm resistor in the rear, tried 6 ohm in the rear and front with no luck but problem is only when the headlights on with the car running. The bulbs I am using is a 30 watt led that uses 6 cree xbd leds if that matters.

The right side is fine with one 6 ohm resistor in the rear. I even tried to swap out with new bulbs still same problem.

what bulb did you put in the rear? if they are 7440 rather then a 7443 bulb that could be the issue. the resistor only prevents hyper flashing. have you tried swapping back to the oem bulb to see if the issue is still there?
I have not had that issue. I have Morimoto 2 stroke LED low beams and Morimoto LED front turn signals with Morimoto resistors and LED plate lights and have had no issues. I have not put LED bulbs in the rear.

Yep messing with LEDs on this truck is a no go for me based on the electrical gremlins i have seen others report on them here.

Our flasher relays are hyper sensitive to changes. Too MUCH or too LITTLE resistance will both trip the system into not working.
I suggest remove all resistors and try it. Depending on how much load your LED turn signal bulbs pull..the 3 or 6ohm may not be needed. I am running LED's on every turn signal and required no resistors.

This is interesting. I read in the sticky LED post how the op didn't have any issues either

I have never bothered to change the interior lighting, my last car has all LED lighting and I found it to be a little hard on the eyes.
I install 12v accessories and dont mind investigating electrical gremlins, thankfully I have had no issues with the LED lighting that I have changed out. Granted I did pay quite a lot for the bulbs and resistors that I do have, so I would hope there wouldnt be any issues haha.
