1.) How about a less-artsy picture, something where we can actually tell how they look?

2.) Anything that adds utility to a truck is cool

Me, I like lights that have function. If they don't do anything and just add bling, then it just makes me think of JC Whitney parts. But some are more form over function, some not.

LED-bars as turn signals on the rear bumper or LED eyebrows like on an Audi (who invented LED brow styling, which all other mfgs are now copying)?

As red-LED rear bumper turn signals, its kinda hill billy to me (almost up there with functionless antenna masts with amber lighting and homemade diamond plate mudguards). As add-on, front LED eyebrows, its kind of 'me-too'. Its sort of the same as when clear and altezza taillights and clear corner lights were the craze 10 years ago. Sorta looks good at the time you do the mod, but eventually looks rice as manufacturers evolve the design concept to the point where it flows, which mfgs like Audi are doing now. The other mfgs are playing catch up with the LED styling (Kia, Ford, etc). Please note that I could be misinterpretting the intent and I cannot see all the pictures right now.

I saw some chevy blazer that had LED lined (boxed and integrated) headlights, using them as turn signals...and it looked like a strand of LED rope lighting was manually run around the headlight assembly. It looked awful.

I've always found aftermarket DRL type led strips on a car that didn't come with a bit cheesy... just my opinion, its Blingy. Its one thing when the manufacturer designed them and puts them on and it looks like they belong.

I couldn't agree more. It doesn't really matter how it looks but how they perform. You have 4 lights above them and i don't see how these LEDs would help you. It just clutters up the front end IMO.

I think they are more for Accent lighting not function. Those would look nicer in bed of a truck or maybe a car. If you want functional leds check out blitzpro.com 6lz. They fit behind the grill, In the hood scoop and in the bumper grill.

I think it fits in well with the whole front end. Not too flashy or dull. Now if you were to put it like below the foglights then THAT would be tacky. lol

Looks ok, I could go with them just for looks. BTW, are those 7" lights above them or 4". Anyone have pics of 4"ers? I'm thinking of going with 4"s on my eventual roof rack and want to get an idea of the size of 4". Sorry didn't mean to thread jack!

Majority of the posters like em.

I think they look unnecessary and you even said yourself, they are just for show.
