Hey, if you like it I like it. It's your truck play/mod all you like. I'm sorta in the same boat I go to the parts store and I'm like that would look cool so I buy it.

As long as you don't overdo it, LED can be OK. In general, however, aftermarket LED strips can fall into major league ricer territory, so you need to be carefull.

Here are general etiquette rules regarding light additions:

If you have an OffRoad sticker on your truck, you can get away with putting offroad lights on the vehicle that will never be used or needed, without being labeled a ricer or poseur.

Putting Offroad lights on street trucks with Sport stickers or such will get you labelled a ricer or poseur.

With LED's, they are more at home on Street Vehicles like the Sport models. Having LED strips on a vehicle with an OffRoad sticker will quickly get you labelled a ricer.

Too many LED strips on any vehicle, with or without stickers, will also get you labeled a PepBoys ricer.

As far as the lights on your truck, they are nicely done without going overboard.

It doesnt look bad, not what I would do though. It did give me a place to find some LEDs for bed lights though!
    Thanks!!

Let's see how they look with your off road lights on, if they add to the off road capabilities, then keep them. If they don't, then keep if you like them or ditch them if you don't.

If a car doesn't come with led strip accents, don't use them. That my logic. Looks cheap. I do however use led strips in the trunk of my car. Wires tucked and strip out of site. All you see is the ambient light

Not a fan myself. Although doesn't look terrible like some people I've seen where they have a crappy blue color and like someone above said looks like they put rope lights on. I've seen very few people that have done this where I thought it looked good. But if you like it that's all that matters.

That's a really good idea. See the light without seeing the lights.

Yep. A nice and clean setup without the measure.

I run 2x 15" strip on each side of the accord trunk and one 24" strip in the middle. White Lee's strips of course. Provides the best light visibility. In the celica I just run a 24" mounted into the hatch cover.
