So guys I finally built a light bar for my tacoma, it is on top of the roof, i plan on building a roof rack all the way back to a bed rack later, but anyway i took a 40" led bar built my own mount it mounts to the running board mounts on top of the plastic moldings, i just had it power coated and installed it everything works, but i do have a question if someone can answer it, the empty switch holes in the middle of the console under the radio, when i pulled them out they had wires all connected are these prewired for a light or something, thanks for the help and i am posting pics

Oh and this is not a rigid light or any other popular brand like that, these are my likes that i sell, i work with a couple other people of you want any info on these lights just pm me, i am also taking some night pics tonight.

Also I'm either thinking of putting 2 6" bars in the bottom grill and a 20" on top grill, or just one 30" bar in bottom grill, I'm still deciding.

Nice job man! How bad is the glare of the hood at night if at all from that roof mount? Regardless looks damn good..

There is hardly no glare because it is mounted lower and farther out, and i turned the bar up a hair so the glare would be less, but its perfect driving at night

Nice! I'm an LED geek myself. What kind of LEDs are you using? Also, how many amps is the whole setup drawing?

    Too many to list now.
Very nice work OP! If you need any other rigid lights let me know, I'm set up as a dealer for them at this point. Will be passing this mount along. Great looking setup.

    .
MOst streetlights these days have photovoltaic cells on top of them which automatically shut the light off with enough "sunlight", hit em with a bright enough light and you can shut them off.
