Yeah the only thing I've managed to do is tear the bug net from the inside, but that was my own fault as I had unsecured gear flying around. Nothing some duct tape can't fix. But it has held up really well, and the paint matching is really good.

Hey Luke, I've been thinking about getting a cap and looking for them on fb marketplace & craigslist. Just don't know how soon I could get it. Just spent $5k in Lowe's tonight for all new appliances and getting ready to fork out more for a kitchen remodel in the coming months. I've already talked to the painter in our bodyshop about painting one for me if I buy one. Yours looks to be in very good shape and I'm not that far away in northern Va. I'd also need to sell my bedrack as well. I'll talk it over with my wife and let ya know.

Just let me know what you decide. We can discuss price and I'm willing to meet up with you somewhere near halfway if that helps. I'm also willing to hold it for you if you're serious.

    Ok, thanks.
One thing I wanted to ask...is the longbed cap the same for either double cab and the access cab? Just want to be sure of that too. Didn't know if the contour of the front of the cab is different

Yep, same size bed for the access cab, regular cab, and double cab "long bed"

FYI for anyone interested - I never intended to get rid of this cap but I recently purchased a FourWheelCamper and I don't want to take a fiberglass cap on and off. So that's the only reason that I'm selling. It also has Matt Gecko LED lights inside (buyer will need to get a switch and wire them), a third brake light, and the side and rear window are tinted 5% (with a few dog scratches on one piece of tint).

Yeah,I knew that the beds were the same size. I just didn't know if the contour of the back of the cab/front of the cap were the same

That's a great question that I've never considered. I would guess they're the same contours, etc but I don't know for sure. Maybe someone else here knows.

they will work but the shape is slightly different. i have a single cab shell on my access cab and it fits the bed but the contour behind the cab there is a bigger gap than normal, but it works.
