Just got a used cap, and it came with the harness below. Anyone have a quick explanation on how to wire up the third brake light?

My cap was wired similarly - black was ground that had to be grounded to frame, one red was for the interior light in camper shell that was to be tied to a constant power source(battery) and the other was for the 3rd brake light which I ran down and tied into the driver's side brake light harness.
