    So I test fit the mock up again inside the canopy this time , and the box fit nicely .

    Unfortunatley the lid contacted the sides , I am going to a fine tune my sizes and I will be
    good to go

    This is something interesting I hadn't considered , I had to grab a couple sheets of plywood today and noticed that the rear door struts cant inward decreasing the width available as you stack up plywood , I did this test and figure I can get about 9 or 10 sheets of 3/4" plywood in there before I contact the struts .

    So today I loaded some plywood with the toolbox mock up in place , the height of the toolbox makes a level platform for sheet goods with the tailgate , I like this feature because the sheets lay flat .

    Black caps on roof rails cover attaching point for lock on Racks

    Priced a couple other places, they were all about the same.
    I'm now on the 3rd Cap. :eek: (All Warranty) and this one's not perfect.
    Had it replaced twice for Paint/Fiberglass Flaws and Workmanship
    LEER's quality has suffered over the last decade or two.
    Bolts to the Bedside Track
    Happy with it, but for the price it should chauffeur me around.
    This Thread's OP (OZ-T) has a LEER Contractor Cap which looks similar.
    His Roof is reinforced for larger Payload.
