Today over at Bass Pro I seen one Tacoma’s with the Leer XR and a Dodge Ram with XR but I did not like what I saw. The big gaps. Does not look good at all.

Anyone have this cap and can show me a picture with it installed?

Love mine. There are tons of adjustments that fix those issues.

That gives me confidence. That is done right. That’s completely acceptable.

I did have to send mine back the first go round...Apparently they used the wrong mold, and it hung over 1-1.5" on both sides. looked rediculous was so much wider than the truck. They made it right, and threw in the carpet headliner and removeable front glass. I couldn't complain

I just installed the XR on mine last week. No major gaps like you saw.

There was one one problem with Leer. The clear coat bubbled in one spot. What they should have done was wet sanded it at the factory. Capworld offered 100 bucks off which was fair. Finally tally with roof track only was 2100.

I ended up up getting two side vent windows for free. I asked for non opening just to save a couple of bucks. So that was great. The front vent window is detachable which was a surprise for me. Makes cleaning nice!
