Leer Replacement Rear Glass/?? Source? Price?

    I was shopping used Leer camper tops and looked at a few with missing/broken glass rear doors, the frameless kind. I searched hard on the net and found nothing but factory replacement at the $500 range, dealer only. The Leer top I did purchase needed the bottom fiberglass trim piece, that alone was $100 and 3-4 weeks wait from Authorized Dealers only too. Leer seems to really hold on tight to their parts other than a few latches/lights. The Leer factory is 1.5 hour drive from me, I feel like Leer really doesn't support the end user with timely parts although I do really like my topper. Snugtop owns them now BTW.

    Revive an old thread.. I now need a rear glass replacement on my Leer 100R cap. Edgewater in Lakewood, CO wants $385 installed.. Ouch!!

    Find some polycarbonate and cut it yourself. That's what I did when I busted my Windoor, they wanted over $400. I did it myself for less than $90.
