Left blinker not working

    How about just remove the Combination Meter (pull surrounding facia, 4 bolts and to connectors) then remove the rear cover and inspect the pcb very carefully.

    Wonder why Toyota chose to use the Combination Meter to control/power the turn signals on 3rd gens instead of the Body ECU anyway?

    I did pull look at it it wasn't looking like that, it looked all fine

    Is the "cluster" you talk about the same thing as the Combination Meter that @caribe makaira mentions?

    That's interesting considering they are separate circuits and you said they don't work with the hazzards either.

    Have you scanned the Combination Meter for codes?

    I would say bad ground or bad fuse for both not working.

    I haven't but I was able to pug in a friend's cluster in and it did the same thing that the left blinkers didn't work

    So, might be light stalk, since it's what selects the ground to activate the feature. Jump the wire to ground at the light stalk connector.

    But shouldn't they still work when the hazzards are on since the hazzard switch is a different input?
