    Greekboy,
You are the exact driver WE ALL hate!!!! You don't want to be slowed down in the right lanes by cars traveling slower than you, but you don't care about the people behind you being slowed down by YOU? You want to speed, but you want to slow down people who are speeding faster? How rude and immature of you, and then you brag about it on a forum to show us how much more important you are than the people behind you.
You should give up the Tacoma, and buy a Prius, so you could really feel more important than the rest of us on the road!
I get out of anybody's way, two lanes, four lanes, whatever, I don't want to ever hold someone else up, because I don't like it when someone holds me up. Kinda like the golden rule, treat others the way you wish to be treated.

I think ciphergeek just said what a lot of us feel, just didn't word it too PC. He just showed how being selfish and inconsiderate can infuriate the people around you to the point that they do something as inconsiderate.
The rage drivers like greekboy create by being inconsiderate of others on the road can make any of us sound ridiculous, because we want to teach the other driver a lesson, or force them to do the thing that we think is right.

Left lane hogs may irritate me. But I don't get in front of them and slow down, brake check them, or anything else. Besides those people are usually clueless and in their own world so they will just slow down as you slow down and think nothing of what you're doing. So as impatient as you were you're now just slowing yourself down while thinking you're proving some kind of point.

Or you'll encounter someone with a shorter fuse than you who will just push you off the road when you try and slow them down.

Especially if you enjoy assholes passing you on the right abd brake checking you to prove a point that they are just a different breed of road rager , lol

Here in California, most folks call the leftmost lane "The Fast Lane", not "The Passing Lane". Common courtesy dictates that one yield that lane to faster drivers, but that seems to become rarer and rarer as the years pass. Maybe I'm just getting older.

My favorite lane on a 4-lane freeway, which is typical in these parts, is the lane just to the right of The Fast Lane. Most conducive to using the cruise control and leaving the shifter alone while I drive. ;)

People with road rage amuse me. Almost as much as Internet tough guys...

I lived in Germany for 5 years and it is against the law to cruise in the left lane. The speeds on the autobahn can get pretty hairy and you better closely check your side mirror before pulling out. If you don't bad things can happen quickly at the speeds they drive over there.

No, I always use the right hand lane. Even when I am passing people at 90 mph, right hand lane.

So you don't mind when people ride in the left lane going 74 and you have to pass them on the right is what your saying? Just trying to understand.

I love how these douche bags who are initially in the wrong call ME a douche bag because I make it a point of "calling them out" on their douchery. If you don't want me slowing down in front of you (doing the same thing you are doing to me), then get the fuck out of the left lane unless you are passing or avoiding a hazard. Pretty simple... Unfortunately, some of these tards need to be taught a lesson.
