    The three main places that involve a fee are Rausch Creek, pricey, but it has trails that only a tube buggy can overcome; AOAA, less pricey and dirt bikes and side by sides are allowed, and FRO, which is much lower difficulty, with no camping, but much acreage.
    Everything that I am aware of in the valley is private property.

    Yeah I get extremely jealous of the guys on this forum out in Utah, Colorado, etc with all the BLM land. Makes me seriously consider moving. I hate that we have a great state of Pennsylvania that we only have a few off-roading parks we have to pay for and are typically for the serious off-roader not over landing, which is more my cup of tea.
