    I try! I did one batch several months ago. I guess it turned out alright. I have plans to do more once the temps cool down this fall.

    Eat it up, I got some left in the fridge.

    Let me know what you think. Some didn't like the cheese itself. I don't think i'll do the asiago again. Mainly, cause I don't like it. I meant to grab pepper jack, and grabbed that stuff.

    Glad you like it. It is asiago with pepperoncini's in it, that's how I fucked up. Saw the peppers and said, oh look, there is some pepper jack. If'in it was pepper jack, you most likely wouldn't be eating it right now!!!!

    I don't have much left. I only did 5 lbs and only have one or two packs left. I have to wait until the fall to do it again. To freaking hot right now, the cheese would just melt on the rack.

    Yea I knew a few people that used to smoke cheese's and they also did it in the fall . Smoked mozzarella is good too .

    ok ALL you Taco munchers ..even the Cheetos heads i need some input here, I got some from @Blackout14 already thank you sir,but like to hear from all of you others.
    I need a new suspension(lift) on the 16 trdorsbdc will have the following equipment
    *southern style hybrid bumper ..50#,*winch ..62#, *mobtown sliders w/filler plates 152#, and eventually an ARE cap z series 180 #
    and yes I have read hundreds of pages "search" bla bla...got my head spinning
    OK kids what you got?.......................:crapstorm:
