    Hey everyone.
I was able to squish my finance around and picked up a Leitner Rack. Photos don’t do these racks justice. The build quality is ridiculous!
I can’t afford all the gear pods and such so I got to thinking, this rack is Completely set up for DIY with it being all t track and modular. Was curious if anyone has modded or done diy built for one.
I have some install photos from rear chase lights I was able to install with zero wire showing and also prototyping a bikini top for it.
Here’s some photos of running wiring through all the pipes and such (rear lights can be installed clean very easily.) and a few shots of the photo type process
Please note, the bikini top is very early prototype. I only had one tonn cover and I blew the budget for now . So it’s a temp hook up . Just working on shape, and ways to attach.
It’s basically for my kids when they ride in the
Back (on back dirt roads when we pick huckleberries or get Christmas tree or exploring the woods) I figured I could eventually use quick spin knobs like Leitner uses and then roll it up and easy to swap off .
I just figured somebody out there has got to have some ideas or diy stuff built.
