Anyone use the Lemon Law to give there '16 back to Toyota? I've read that some guys have received buy backs.

Lemon Law is pretty cut and dry, it either qualifies or it doesn't.

Consult your attorney, you'll be using one.

It probably varies by State, consult a Lawyer that handles those cases.

You sound like someone looking for ammo to have their vehicle bought back.

Then you would think he would take the time to describe the concerns he's to see if anyone is dealing with something similar. To post a vague question makes me think he's another internet engineer looking for information that is irrelevant to him. Just my $0.02.

...back to the regular broadcast show fellas. You can ignore me.

Use the link, click your state, has the prerequisites needed to qualify.
If you have a serious problem and its getting to the point you need to use lemon law, there are lawyers that specialize in this, and you won´t find them on TW. You may find many here that will give you advice (some good some bad).

Yea, I just looked and it does not seem like anything Lemon Law worthy.
I saw radio head unit rebooting (seemed like that was caused by having an Ipad plugged into the USB port)
Hood epoxy coming loose, that can and will be fixed.
Had trans issues, got TSB complete, seems to be fixed.
Looks like the squeaky leafs are all that is not resolved yet.

My bsm keeps going out. And I just got it fixed for the 3rd time. One more and I would be able to claim lemon law. Not sure if I would want to or not.

You are not going to be able to claim lemon law for that.

Haha. Speaking of lemonade they better have some ready for me. I think tomorrow I'm buying a TRD sport DCSB. I'm going to request some lemonade while I'm filling out the lemon law paperwork right after I sign the papers to buy it.

I'm fighting off the urge. Sat down with the banker lady yesterday and I could trade up with a 60 month $201.00 payment each month. That is on a 2017 Inferno, TRD Sport, Access Cab, 2WD. Tempting to say the least!

You might want to start your own "Low transmission fluid level" and "How big can I tyre" threads before you go into the dealership.

I've had no issues with my TRD Sport DCSB 6MT besides greasing the zerks on the driveshaft and the howling. That's it. Hope yours is the same.
