I got to thinking about all the people having problems and even getting their trucks confiscated. I bumped around and looked at my state of North Carolina and found this page. I think it'ts real but beware a bunch of lawyers poped up also. Look up your states laws
One thing that I saw looking around was esepcially interesting. These factory defects can affect
the "Value" of your vehicle. Im sorry I could not put some of the pages on here. Im ashamed to say I dont know how. Here is the address. If you you think this might be of intrest to some people would you put on this thread.

North Carolina has a very consumer friendly lemon law. Most aren't as good. And beware, a lot of lemon laws don't start the daily timer if you get a free loaner.

I hate being the bearer of bad news, but most lemon laws are only there to get ppl to think they have a recourse in the event they get a lemon.
This is necessary to get ppl to buy vehicles and keep the money moving in the economy as a whole since auto sales are a big part.

But every now and then, they have to make a sacrificial gesture to maintain the confidence in them and a few ppl get to be made whole.

However, there are more lemons out there than the law allows, so most ppl just fall thru the cracks.
It’s best to buy form a good company like Toyota who make a good product and stand heads shoulder above the rest in working to make you happy!

Several people here have lemoned their Turd gens just from this small community alone. One guy did it because they couldn't fix driveline vibes. Another guy did it because they replaced 8 hoods and couldn't get it right (over 30 days in dealer) ...it can happen. Not likely for a recall.

    That proves it!
When you buy Toyota, you buy quality reassurance, or your money back!

    Hi sir smitty
I remember seeing a few who got lemoned.
Take a mini recorder so you will have some hard proof if dealer tries to ***you. Document eveything, Dates, times, how many days it's there! Anybody add anything to this?

When I done a quick search there was a bunch of lawyers popping up that specialize in lemon laws.
