A couple of holes in an existing bracket for the gas tank skid. Some holes in the frame for the transfer case skid. And widening some existing holes for the a-arm skids. My rock sliders already required a few holes in the frame and I was able to overlap and use the same holes in a couple locations. But if you are planning on getting all the skid plates and rock sliders I would suggest getting them all from Victory 4x4 so that they tie into each other better. I think if my rock sliders were from them I would have had an easier time getting everything to align correctly but it was pretty easy even with my different brand sliders. Good product and customer service. I'm happy with them and wouldn't hesitate to order anything else form them. Also, they have pretty good installation videos online if you want to see where you might need some drilling. I think the only ones that required drilling were the transfer case, gas tank, and some widening of existing holes for the a-arm skid. But the videos will give you all the detail you need.

Skid plate took a big hit last weekend but it held up well.

Still not sure how I feel about the "wood" trim.
