At first I wasn't feeling the long beds "or regular lengths" on the DCs, however with a larger tire and in your case the lift. It looks SO much like a real truck!

How does plastidip hold up to washings and the elements?

Pretty good so far. Haven't seen a winter yet. Washing is supposed to be done with a washcloth and soap not a scrub brush. There are YouTube videos of taking them through commercial car washes with no problem. I think depends on how good of a job you do

Yes at least one can. I got a six pack and had some extra. And the clear coat makes them easier to keep clean I think. Be sure to go over to the 3rd Gen plastidip thread if you are interested

Haha sorry if I sounded like that. I realize you are not a newbie... Looking at my pictures I see they didn't show up very good, but if they made my plastidipped wheels look cool then perfect!

Picked this out last Wednesday. Fresh of the transport truck the night before. 8 miles on it. Have a couple hundred on it now. This is the first silver vehicle I've owned. Very pleased.

Looking to get after market wheels and have narrowed the color down to black.. I feel like black wheels on a silver truck is the only way to go.. anyone beg to differ? Any aftermarket wheels that aren't black out there?

    Pictures!please
