I was bugging Demello for a while about their 1st gen bumper years ago and just couldn't justify their "one-off" price. Pretty much got the same answer as what they posted earlier in this thread.

Such a clean bumper though...I still hope they put it in production someday so that we get better pricing as opposed to a custom one off price.

Ended up with a Shrockworks plate bumper and had them add the support bars to the center hoop.

That's cause most 1st Gens come stock with metal rear bumpers.

But here's my kinda sorta custom metal rear bumper (soon to be replaced with a high clearance custom right after I get a better trans crossmember)...

The owner worked at Falken and I think this was their project truck or something.

As mentioned, Demello front bumper, such a nice design but they'll only custom make it for you which means $$$.

Wheels are Volk TE37x. I have the Progressive version (left in the pic below) and I believe the set on that truck are the "OG" version (right in the pic below):
    TE37X_diff.jpg
There's a thread on these wheels here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/volk-racing-te-37-on-my-tacoma.447333/

Here's a pic showing my wheels and rear bumper:

That's a nice looking rear bumper. I'm digging how thin it is.

Thanks. That's actually the main reason I went with this one. Really like the low profile design for a plate bumper.

Thanks! Yes, sir. It's Hotrod Flatz Olive Drab Green.

You'll get to it eventually, but here's the set of pics with the bumper painted, haha.

Niiice. I love some Olive Drab B-17's and 24's. My grandfather worked on them during the war..

I'll have to look into all of the mods on your truck. Mine is all stock so far, except for a K&N air filter that was already installed when I bought it in 2003. It's been giving me emissions problems every two years since, in CA no less.

Cool, the set of pics I link were just later in this thread, but by all means check out my build thread. Most everything I've done to it is documented and I'm poor as a church mouse so while collectively, I probably do have a lot of money into it over the five years I've had it, it was built on an anorexic budget, so it should be very achievable for most others.

Edit: BTW, If you wanna go OD Green, black is the best color to start with. It looks awsome with the black door frames and edges. ;)
