Need help. Don’t have access to a forklift. How can I measure rear suspension droop at home?

 

Highlift jack. I have a shackle hitch adapter and lift from there.

 

Also very important, don't forget to chock the front tires both in front and behind the tires.

 

Where do I measure from?

 

I would measure from the fender since its centered over the axle and find the difference between them.

Yes.

From the initial test drive, the rear end feels much stiffer compared to the Icons

 

Should be better with weight...and some break in

 

I’m used to the stiff rear susspension because the sumo springs are violent at times when the bed is completely empty.

 

I have a bedslide and my rear bumper on constantly

 

They should loosen up a little bit then

 

Plus i imagine you’ll have another cap before too long

 

Ill have a bed cage from Mobtown whenever the metal comes in
