I came across that blue-handled Williams ratcheting screwdriver set at work once, and fell in love. I put it on my Christmas list not long after that. Had it for about 5 years now, come to find out, like 4 other guys on my team all did the same thing around the same time!

I'm taking a lot of notes for tool suggestions in this thread.

In terms of flashlights I'd recommend a couple of head lamps and an area light. https://tinyurl.com/y8vxj6r5. I like all my emergency stuff to run on AA batteries so I don't have to keep too many extras batteries. Lithium AA's hardly ever leak, have long shelf life and are good to about -40F (ducks).
For long shelf-life water I like Blue Can https://tinyurl.com/y8xwzv7x. Make sure the ten essentials are covered https://tinyurl.com/ybxzys6w. I also carry coveralls in the truck in case I get a flat on the way to a wedding. A green laser pointer aimed upwards (not at aircraft) can help S&R find you at night. If really in the boonies I like the InReach for emergency communication https://tinyurl.com/ybq2xpdj.
