    Respect your elder gen.
    Pink slider.
one night myself and a couple of friends were bored and had water balloons. We had the great idea for two of my friends jump in the bed of my truck and go drive around and throw them at people on campus.

So there I am driving right on by a dorm that had maybe 15 or so people outside. My buddy throws a waterballoon at one kid and hit's him SQUARE in the face. The explosion hit the kids to his immediate left and right. Rocks started flying thru the air...none hit my truck though thankfully.

After that, I was driving to go get more waterballoons because they were almost out. Unknown to me, both of my friends that were in the bed threw balloons at a car, and both hit. Car started chasing after me. I didn't know why the fuck the car behind me was chasing me, so I tried to speed away. I'm doing like 70 or so thru back roads with two guys in the bed of my truck trying to get away from the guys, because I didn't know what their fucking deal was. I turned into a dead end by accident and they followed. The idiots tried to block me in but failed miserably because I just went right around them. As I'm pulling out of the dead end, I gun it and spin tire to get the fuck away since I had just given myself some time to work with.

A police officer is sitting right to my left as I'm pulling out. Fuck. Lights go on and I knew I was going to be in bad shape after I was done with him haha. Another car shows up...this is all at like midnight. Wind up talking to the officer real nicely for like a half an hour. Then, since there were four of us and he didn't feel like towing my truck (I guess talking nicely works!) I got a police escort to the station. That was kinda cool haha. The two buddies that were in the bed got to go in one of the cruisers.

All four of us sat on a bench that was designed for 3 people. We were in there for at least an hour. I get a careless driving ticket. $250 fine and loss of license for 6 months, plus 5 points after I get my license back. I forget what my buddies in the bed got charged with, something small though.

I plead not guilty to the ticket and set up a court date. I didn't know about the whole loss of license and 5 points due to my charge until my court date. The officer offered to lower my find to reckless driving, which is the state minimum fine ($108) and 3 points.

I accepted his offer because of the fact that if I were to lose my case (I didn't have a lawyer) I'd have been fucked for a loooooooooooooooong time haha.

almost the exact same thing happened to me in my last truck. My friends sitting in the bed nailed a car with something and a chase insued. I had 4wd so i said fuck it and hit a trail....after about an hour, i decided it was safe to go back out the way i came in (pull size truck down a fourwheeler trail). Nope. cops waited. I got lucky and got away scotch free but only cause the people in the bed accepted all responsibility and said "the driver had no idea why he was being chased".

there is another post about this topic, and this is what I had in it.

A little background.........I love those little peppermint candies, and my Wife makes sure that my center console is propperly stocked with them all the time. She puts them under the power ports.............
So, Im running my errands this morning, and some time durring my little trip, my Bic lighter slides off the seat and under it. I realize that I have a cig. lighter in my truck. I have never used it in the 19 months I have had this truck. SO, I push it in, waiting.......waiting...........wait.....POP! It shoots out of the socket and falls right into the mints wich promptly catch on FIRE! Being the prioritizer that I am, I quickly lit my stogey, then dumped my water bottle on the flames. Truck seems fine, but I lost a dozen or so mints to the blaze. :(

well, i posted this about a month or 3 ago: some guy made fun of my taco. called it a truck for pussies. im not gonna lie, it made me very livid. plus this was at a stop light. so we both knew one of us would speed off. but showing GREAT restraint, i slowly pressed down the gas as that asshat sped off into the night in his HUGE Chevy silverado with the flowmasters. i was mad, but i rembered something................................whose the one getting close to 28 MPG?......yup thats right. just rember that next time somebody in a huge truck makes fun of you about the size of your truck.
