I agree. Looks awesome. I was originally looking for something that would go under the SofTopper, but this set up may be what I end up with as well.

Here's a trick I picked up from a guy on YouTube reviewing his Softopper after a year:

Use a hose clamp on the rear panel bar to prevent it from sliding out. One on either side. I think 3/4" would work. I ended up getting 1.25 and having to clip some of the excess off. It will definitely keep the bar in the channel for it should I ever put the rear panel up.

Oh that’s cool. I’m looking to get a top soon.

Clarify, it can slide off the bar when rolled up?

The bar may slide out of the pocket a little. It is not a bother.

The bar can slide out of the pocket when it's not latched in. Thus the hose clamps. Now it may move a little side to side, but you'd have to remove the hose clamps to take the bar out of the rear panel. Not a big deal if you ever need to replace the rear panel.

Better option is two cheap rubber grommets from any store like Ace, Home Depot, or Lowes. Buy em a little small and just roll em on there. Snag free and it looks super clean like they belong there.

Looking for security ideas. More for preventing an opportunistic unzip and grab situation. I don’t nirmallt feel the need to secure the softopper but every once in a while I head to the city with the fam and have bags in the back. I feel if there was some way to lock the zippers down and have the tailgate locked it could very well stop the punk kid from walking by unzipping and walking off. I am aware that if someone really wanted something they could slash it and get whatever they want. I’m more thinking of a quick parking lot grab prevention. Any ideas??

any idea where to get some "longer" clamps? I will take picts later to explain what I am looking for, but basically because I have a rack, my clamps don't fit exactly right, and I think I may be able to get a more secure hold if the clamps or the part that goes in the rail was a little longer.

I was curious. Visual person but I can figure it slips on. No need to if it’s out of your way. Thanks.
