Here's my BESTOP when I first got it.
It's a couple years old now, and so far I really like it.
I had to mod the rear window attachment, and the velcro attachment for the front was replaced with a clamp system (the adhesive did not hold up to Phoenix summers.)
Overall, thumbs up. It has stayed nice and tight and I have even taken through car washes a few times.

Yep. Easy to choose. You want side windows, or not?

My ghetto Softopper CB antenna mount :spy: need to stick a few washers behind there so the softopper sits nicely again

Those wheels and hubcaps are from an FJ40.

Jeff - I wonder if the FJ hubcaps would work with your wheels?

Didn't need side windows and I liked the look of the Softopper better than the Bestop. I'm very happy I DON'T have side windows after living with the Softopper for a few months now.

Just put it on this morning! Haven't gone for a ride yet. It looks nice in the driveway though. ata6e8ad_4fd90c44f6b5b98a7e77f9c1247fa1c4d1c8f23b.jpg

Hmmm, softopper might have to be my first mod on my new Taco. Love the camping style, and the ease of takedown is mighty attractive. The ugly part is coming up with almost $700, which I'd prefer to not take from my savings...might have to wait for some extra birthday/Xmas cash.

It's totally worth it. I've already put mine to good use and have no complaints.

damn that looks nice! Love the bumper. I'd like a whole replacement bumper like that, but I think a nice bull-bar will suit me well too, for like half the price.

I had NO intention of getting a topper of any kind when I bought my Tacoma. A week later I had the Softopper.
