Usual CMC, pinch weld, remove fender liner. Alignment with caster set at 3°.

Sorry for the very late reply - lost my password for a month.

Thank you for the complement. And to answer your question -
I did have some issues with the mud flaps but I removed the front ones after they came off when I was off-roading. Even with the mudflap it was minimal rub just sharp turns up inclines.

No problem my friend. Going with the same set on my Tacoma, hoping not to have any rubbing issues on my Tacoma.

I did a CMC as far back as a I could. Hammered the pinch welds in and removed the fender lining. I also trimmed the bottom corner section of the plastic fenders off which I don't think I needed to do. I'm at 2.5" of lift and the lift and tire size looks perfect.

49F85F05-2335-4D7A-A0F3-A24B6C9811AA.jpg I think I have decided to go with the duratrac just because of the snow rating and all the positive reviews I have read with winter driving.. my questions is they have two sizes available.

I really don’t want to have a bunch of rubbing issues. I am having the Lil B’s cab mount relocation done next week and will be running 17x9 -12mm RRW wheels. I have the Icon stage 9 with the RXT rear in option 2.

As you can tell I normally run with Wranglers on 35s and 37s, these 265s 31.5” Just aren’t cutting it anymore.

    Excuse the stupid question..
But what effect does the negative offset or more negative offset create?
Deeper dish? wheel moves to the outside?

What lift are you running? Any rubbing when the truck is flexed or any kind of noise from the front end?

No rubbing on normal driving even full lock, but when rough off roading full lock it rubbed a couple times when I hit big rocks while turned. Really minor rub though. I have 1.5" eibachs, icon 1.5" leaf pack with 1" blocks and bilstein 5100s all around. Lowest clip setting. Overload leaf removed. 1/4" spacer on driver's side. I should have left the overload spring in but I didn't like the level rake so I added the 1" blocks afterwards. The icon ubolts were long enough for the blocks. Rake is 1.25-1.5" now. 1" rake loaded up. No noises at all. It's solid.
