No build thread, I should but I just haven’t sat down and created one. It’s not a twin stick, it’s a stock j shift from a ‘15 sr5 4Runner. I bought it for $425 from a donor that had 15k miles on it. By far the best mod I’ve done thus far

Hi friends, does anyone know if a Regular Cab 8 Ft Bed exists? Perhaps a custom built model with a ACLB/DCSB chassis.

I think the only custom built parts that would be needed are the 8ft bed body panels and a longer composite bed.

Going to need more info on this beast!! Did you regear? What did you do to fit the 35s?

Looks like you cut the fender flares at the very least. That thing looks sweet!

Thanks! Yeah, I went to 4.88's and added air lockers while I was at it. Next will be dual cases. To clear the 35's I took 2" out of the flares and sheet metal, cab mount chop, and hammered the pinch weld flat. Took a bit of time but wasn't all that difficult.

    Yep.
Doubt he'll be responding... that was his only post back in October of 2016 however, his profile says they're 265/70/17 BFG KO2's.

    Welcome to TW!

Wish it was a 4x4 but saves me money not going crazy on suspension.

My lovely regular cab. Some pics from before the lift and everything, but just goes to show that these trucks can work, and that many of us use them for their intended purpose.
