Dig that pic, but I'd really like to see your truck in more standard form. I'm Barcelona Red with the chrome surround and thinking about those 4Runner wheels. I'd like to see how it looks.

I like it a lot. I usually take the windows off and have my Pitsky in the back while we drive around. He loves it :)

Ever have it at highway speeds with the windows out? I picked one up cheap not too long ago and I like it a lot. Haven't used it without the windows yet however.

Yep plenty of times. I've done 70mph on the hwy with the windows off. I actually bought extra clamps on Amazon for that purpose. So I have 3 clamps each on the side and 2 clamps with a flat L shaped rode by the rear window. As an extra security precautions whenever I drive on the hwy with the windows off I always attach bungee cords on the side.

@Ryan2103a I did the same - added an extra pair of Bestop OE clamps. Didn't think of the angled piece by the cab. So you don't have trouble with the sides going in and out? Only did it when new and they are pretty taut! I only just now realized our side windows are the same size, they simply add more fabric at the corners for the LB.

Nice truck though. I'm right there with you. 2013, Barcelona Red and a Supertop.

Very nice!!! I like the debadge look, just kept the bed decal to confuse people lol. Yes the sides do go in and out specially at high speed. That's one of the reasons I added the bungee cords on the side just in case the sides gives out while driving but I've driven on the hwy without the bungee cords and it was a little scary. I also don't trust the velcro at high speeds so that's why I added the angle rod.

I saw someone selling 2 bestop clamps on here. Might wanna scoop those up and add the angle rod.

Thanks man. I like it clean. This is my 2nd Tacoma, last was a TRD Sport, I removed everything on that one as well and was happy with it. It's the first thing I did to this truck.

I'm actually not a fan of those clamps. Planning to replace with the new design. see this thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/bestop-softtop-flys-off-on-freeway.672647/

Before the wheels. Steps are from a 3rd gen.

I know a lot of folks don’t like the chrome, but I think it works with the wheels.

let em hate on the chrome. To me it's classic Toyota.

Funny thing about those wheels. They seem pretty bland on the 4runner's, and they don't look like much, but I have yet to see them on a Tacoma where they don't pop! I have 16" tires or I likely would have given them a shot already... as it is I'd need a whole new set of shoes to go along with em and I've got other places to drop 2k at the moment.

Just got back from Arkansas. Got a few nice shots of the Tacoma. BRM is a very underrated color in my opinion.
