    How in the world did you manage to get a catfish with a bow? Did you lure him up or did you see him on the bottom? either way, good lookin fish!

    It just happened to be shallow. It was still deep for a bow shot. Saw another about the same size later that night but I was running the light and my buddies were busy taking fish off their arrows.

    Late season archery blacktail buck...taken at 32 yards, quartering away, Mathews Ultra, Easton Epic ST, Muzzy 3-fixed 100g...went about 50 yards and dropped, caught the femoral artery, diaphram, liver...hanging field dressed at 132#'s...5 x 4 including brow-tines (4 x 3 no b/t)...decent for a blackie, but not close to the B & C record of 205#'s field dressed...:laugh:
