    I'd decided on a long bed, then was told I can't get it with a manual transmission. I'll probably still get a DCLB anyway, but I really had my heart set on a MT.

    I think the long beds look much better than the shorts. The short beds just look like someone rear ended the truck and mashed the ass end into the cab.

    I still haven't seen another 3rd gen DCLB in person. Everything else down here seems DCSB and AC. Any of y'all seen any DCLBs besides your own?

    I don't even own a Tacoma yet, but I've never seen a gen3 DCLB before. I talked to my salesman tonight (just bought a Highlander from him a few weeks ago) and he said if I want a LB, I'd have to order it. Said they've never had one on their lot unless it was ordered for someone.

    There are plenty in the Los Angeles area. The dealership had several to choose from as well. I guess it's a regional thing.

    Yep. I thought about doing a fly and drive. Seems like prices are a lot better in the northwest. Even after I pay for a plane ticket and gas to drive back, I'd still come out ahead.

    What salesman and what dealer ? Team Toyota in Baton Rouge has black SR5 longbed in stock FYI , I talked to Corey nice but no discount. Price Leblanc will do $250 over invoice on their trucks in stock

    I won't get another black vehicle, but is that SR5 a 4x4? I wouldn't mind test driving it.

    I'm dealing with Price LeBlanc. I got a kick ass deal there on my wife's Highlander because Allstar Toyota screwed up and listed one at invoice. Price Leblanc told us they would beat any price, and they did.
    My mom went there and bought a Highlander tonight. Sending them some business. That should count for something when I go to get my truck, right? Lol.
    I'm in no hurry. Waiting for my son to get his money together to buy my truck, but I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to see what's all involved with ordering a truck. I've never done that before. Always bought something that was already in the lot.

    They are all over the place here in V6 4x2 Sport. And most of them are black or MGM, Idky bc both are ugly colors. I saw two of them while driving by a dealership today

    I have seen 3 other DCLB OR 4X4 around here and one was on Thursday night.
