I’m in Denver for the month, no can pic.

It’s a good little rifle for what it is. Minute of squirrel at 25yrs. It gets really fun if you don’t clean the bolt all the time... it’ll drain a mag in 800rounds per thirty caliber magazine rounds

CZ 452 Trainer .22 LR stock, nice trigger fitted with single shot adapter, comes with probably some of the best open iron sights on the market

@scaramouche where did you find the "Walt Longmire" sticker?

My gun case would like one!

Ruger 10-22 with Lilja barrel and Kidd single stage trigger. The stock was a regular walnut stained with barrel band. This is what was under that stain and I removed the front piece where the band went, opened the channel for a bull barrel and this is how it turned out. Shoots decent to.

    Nice job on the stock.

What finish did you use? It looks semi-glossy.

I can't compete with the beautiful rifles or photos, but here are my CZ's "455 Ultra Match" & "455 Varmint" both good shooters. after I retired I took up rimfire, although I have many other interests , I have come to enjoy my time at the range,

One of my 22's is this CZ 455 PT. I did not like the ho hum stock color so I jazzed it up with some black webbing spray paint. It topped with a Sightron SIII 10-50X60 with sunshade and scope level all supported up front with a Harris bipod and it shoots ok.

    Ballistol? That's an interesting idea.

I have used boiled linseed oil on a stock - 6 - 8 coats rubbed on with 0000 steel wool - and it worked really well.

I'm going to have to try some Ballistol.
