Is it true they have a lot of energy and need to be played with all the time?

 

Cleo enjoyed her first trip we took camping. Typically near the window or door looking out when she wasn’t asleep which was most of the time. Lol

Nope, that’s the screen and sun playing tricks. Was a neat shot. Took a few from outside the door, it was the only decent one. Not even great at that lol.

Yes they are full of energy but once you get them running for a few min. They get tired out pretty easy.

Came home from Costco, unloaded a box, set it on the floor and Copper the box cat was in it within seconds. It’s been about 2 hours and I know he won’t leave it until it’s food time. I have over $100 in cat toys which are mostly ignored. All he needs is a box and his favorite toy, a plastic bottle cap which he bats around the floor like a hockey puck. Will never understand these guys but I sure love em.

 

My cats were the same way. They liked the Red Wing boot boxes the best. Probably 'cuz they smelled like leather.
