Copper has taken over my den, my man cave. First he took over my camo recliner, and demanded his blanket. Then he demanded we put food, water and a litter box in there. Now every night about 9:00pm after a good yowl he jumps up on the recliner and sleeps there til morning which is 6:00am. At which time he demands his canned wet food. I would have never ever thought at my age I’d become a cat servant.

 

Yeah. They do tend to get what they want.

 

Our girl Panda was a street rescue who chose us. She rules the house and the neighborhood too. Even goes on walks with us and our 11 year-old Siberian! She loves to eat and sleep, as her name suggests!

I'm more a dog guy. But Chessie is just fine.

 

Any guy or gal who posts pictures of their cats here and claims to be a “dog person” is in total denial. Just admit you’re a cat person and Join the crowd

I was even born in the year of the dog...lol.
I've never had stray cats come up and luv on me, but stray dogs, yea, that happens way more often.
Either way, it's all good.
I just wish stray deer would come a bit closer. But I'm thinking they know what's up.lol

I too am a dog guy and a cat guy. When my wife and I got together she had 2 cats and I had 2 dogs. Now we are one big happy family. Here’s Copper and Sprig, they are best buds.

My aunts Xmas gift from my uncle and cousins. 8 months old and his name is Captian Jack. I didn’t ask but assuming name came from a trip to Disneyland prior to picking him up. Can’t wait to meet him myself. Ozzie is on the right and just after a couple days getting along pretty well.

 

I actually like dogs too but like cats much better. I think I’ve been tainted by my mom and sisters dogs that I really can’t stand. Since our last dogs passed we haven’t gotten any more. They were the sweetest Rotties and loved cats themselves. Luther and Max were best buds till the last day. Unfortunately I’ve lost phone pictures of them. Definitely miss them a lot!!!
