I couldn't agree more about what our Korean war vet experienced. After watching the documentary The Korean War: Fire and Ice, I have a new respect for what they did for us. :oldglory:

I heard the documentary: Korea The Unfinished War has the best intro about the war of all the documentaries.

It's cloudy and rainy today but Hobbes is patiently waiting for his favorite patch of sunlight to appear. You can see how tired he is from a long night of sleeping beside me.

Harley's got a gunky left eye and keeping it half shut :( rubbing it a lot too with his paw.

Between this and the chin redness I called his vet to hopefully bring him in early next week, they're closed on weekends unfortunately. Doesn't seem like an emergency so I'll wait to hear from them on Monday. He's in normal spirits otherwise

If he'll let you - rinse the eye with a little saline and then a warm moist compress while you're waiting for the vet.

I'll try that thanks. Sometimes he keeps it open normally but other times he keeps it shut, i almost wonder if he needs a cone to keep from rubbing it...we have one from a previous vet visit with another cat. Or maybe a pirate eye patch lol
