My little buddy, Wiley, is having a tough time. Noticed he was rapidly loosing weight and not eating, and couldn't get enough water. Took him in and he was diagnosed with KD (kidney disease) and thyroid issues.

He has been staying at the vet during the day, and we have been taking him home at night. My wife and I have been feeding him manually through a syringe (without the needle) with pretty good success with a mixture of AD wet food (to help his appetite) and tuna water (low sodium). Hoping he will eat on his own soon.

Really hoping he pulls through

My buddy Ponce is still battling the Diabetes. Never thought I'd be sticking my cat with needles twice a day.

Im so glad y'all are taking such good care of your cats! I had a sugar cat many years ago... Currently a pet-parent to an asthmatic cat that gets an inhaler once a day. Give all those precious little fur kids a hug from me!

 

Just send us a lint roller every now and then lol

here's Gerald, or Ger, or Gerry Cat, or Footer. he was a stray that some cat lovers rescued and gave to me when he was about 10 weeks old. this was only a few weeks ago. i'm loving my new roommate. he wants to get involved in everything i do. he loves to watch tv too. a good match.

This is Toki Wartooth. This freaking cat does not give a shit about you or anyone in the entire world. He can make my 80lb pitbull cower with a single glance. Friends or family come over and I swear he's plotting their demise. He regularly hisses and swats at my wife when she walks past. But for some reason, he gives me nothing but love. He won't go near anyone, but if I'm sitting, he's trying to get in my lap.

My wife managed to get a shirt on him one night. I didn't expect to see her alive in the morning.

 

Black cats are awesome - I want to adopt one just because people think they're bad luck and tend not to.

 

My brother has a short haired black cat with green eyes named Pepper, but my niece calls her Toothless

 

I have one up for adoption! Name's Anakin

 

I had a cat like that he picked me out one day and I took him home. No one else could touch him. He was my shadow for 18 years. Still miss him

 

Toki picked me too. He got me through a lot of my PTSD issues after I got out, and still does for that matter. The wife says I'm going to be a wreck when he goes and she's probably right.

Settling on to our temporary digs has been pretty easy so far for the felines. The only thing they are missing is outside play time and an indoor activity. (Which they are driving me crazy!)

Grabbed a new cat tree at the pet store today. Took them all of 3 seconds to move in...
