    We got Otis when he was 9 months old. Almost right away I put a polo on him. He’s more lethargic in shirts for sure. The tactical harness he would just act like he’s falling down. Does the same with costumes. However if you leave him in it for a a little bit, he will move around more. The harness he initially did the same until we opened the door. Now he comes running for it much like a dog would to go outside. Consistency is the big thing. I pull out the nail clippers and he comes trotting up. Most times he will let me do the front paws including his dewclaws. He knows he gets the good treats right after. He also knows he won’t get out of it.
