Ha! To be fair one of my three pairs of stands was a recalled harbor freight one. The other two are other brands.

Franklin is the most pampered ass cat I have ever seen. He will not drink from a water bowl. He knocks the damn bowl over every time. We used a heavy bowl and he just gets water all over the floor. The facuet in bathtub is the only place he will drink water. I replaced the o rings in the handles to stop a drip/leak and he gets in the tubs and won't shut up until I let the water drip. So, we bought him a water fountain and put it in the bathroom. Nope. What a little turd. I've even threatened to ship him off to Carol Baskin....Here is King of the cats.

Anybody need a good deal on an unused kitty fountain.

 

Yes. I need me one of those.

 

Otis has a fountain and his own private bathroom with a pass through into the garage for this private kitchen cabinet. Almost a 1k bathroom for his spoiled ass.

Others people have climbing walls and patios. Point is, we are all suckers for these needy little assholes. They live and eat better then most of us and we even sleep on the edge of the bed just because they come to “kind of” cuddle at night.

 

And still they are ungreatful...lol

Have you tried putting it in the sink or the bathtub? Maybe he equates water with those two places.

 

I had to throw out a few toothbrushes from the little shit too. I'm not sure if licks the water out or wants to brush his teeth too.

After seeing shane1000700's post we got lucky on his bathroom condo. Im guessing relocating a section of towels saved us about 1k now.

he loves the sink and bathtub. not much fear of water at all.

 

yes, I have placed a water bowl in the shower and he wont touch it.

I do not own cats per se - we be dog people in the America house - but they are cute when viewed through the safety of the Internet and can’t kill you in your sleep.

I recognized this immediately as as one of Craig’s cats when I opened the thread.
