Let's See Your Cats!!!

The cats have a friend visit for the holiday weekend, their cousin Mo. They were not pleased. Two of them just go hide under the bed and the little spunky guy beats him up and hisses at him. Hopefully they’ll warm up after tonight, he’s a sweet dog, probably confused why they all hate him

 

Had one cat then decided one wasn't enough so we got two

 

If we get another cat it will prob be one of those...

 

next will be three, they’re like potato chips I tell ya. Good lookin cats, and don’t have to brush them or clean up any hair!

 

These cats act more like dogs LOL

 

Admittedly stolen. But funny. And accurate?

 

He's putting on a show today .... if he wasn't so freaking cute, he'd be off my baby in a min... But who can resist this face?

Munch doesn’t miss too many meals...

 

First time that she’s felt comfortable enough to get on the couch since the puppy got here.
After almost eight weeks she’s finally tired of his shit and has popped him a couple of times to alert him to the hierarchy of the house!

Speckles had her kittens on 9/09/20. This picture was taken today so they are about 36 hours old. Speckles is a great Mom-cat especially since she is so young and these 3 kittens seem to be thriving.

 

There's a stray that's been hanging around for a bit now... I think it's a TOM.
It looks to be real old, very skinny, lethargic, and is not looking good at all... I mean it's ROUGH, I'm not sure whether it can see very well, it looks like a bit of blood is coming from its eyes or around them.. Throat is swollen etc.
It's been getting daily food morning and late night here.. It hisses when you get close..

When it first came around it wasn't this noticeably bad off, not that it was looking good by any means, but it's pitiful now.

It's difficult to watch this cat suffering and seems like taking it out might be the most humane thing, I mean there's ZERO hope for this cat.
It's something honestly I don't "want" to do... If I trapped (I'd have to buy one) it and took it to the vet I know for a fact they'd put it down..

I hate this crap.
What would you do TW?

 

I always stray toward caution...can be rabid...if its in bad shape. Sounds feral but you never know.

You'd be surprised how tough animals can be and what they can recover from. If it were me, I would make sure it food and water available. Decent food, not just dry kibble. Make sure the cat sees you putting the food down and walk away, he'll investigate and nay even slowly warm up to you to stop hissing. Either way, I'd give him a chance.
