Sooo my cat who has her kittens like 5 months ago started growling hissing and driving them away, right after being spayed it was only when they tried to cuddle with her, now it's 6/10 times they're in the same room

What is there to do about that

Before being spayed she was the most doscile thing but would pee on the walls when in heat

How long has it been since she's been spayed? If it's recent, she's just in pain and needs to be separated for a little while. If it's been over a week, to me, it almost sounds like she's worried about her place in the pecking order if you will. Cats in home always kind of fall into their own roles as a clan, and it's not unheard of for a major event like a surgery to disrupt that, even if it's only in her head. If she was a dominant animal in the house, then I think that could very well explain why she's lashing out. Slow reintroduction post-op is usually best for animals in a multi-pet household.
I'm not entirely certain how you would go about restoring the natural balance of things if it's been a while, especially if they had a good relationship before, it seems a little odd that things didn't fall back into place, but spaying/neutering is a different experience for every animal.
The only advice I can maybe try to offer, is observe where they tend to fight, if she's maybe protecting an area she likes to be alone, if she's protective over food, etc. Watch their body language. Are the kittens trying to fulfill new roles in the household? Matriarchs are often replaced, at least in my experience, when you keep a litter or even a kitten or two from one. I'd try to set up a spot that's just for her, somewhere she likes that maybe the kittens would be uninterested in.
Sounds like a mess; I hope things get better.

Yeah her spot is a very large box in the living room that's her home

been spayed for like a month

There really is no rhyme or reason to her outbursts the kittens can be on and in her home and see will be fine with it other times they can't get near... Same goes for the rest of the house

If the kitts still nuzzle and look to nurse then mom is telling them that's it, the milk factory is closed. I've seen the feral cats I care for react the same when the kitts are about the same age and still want mom's milk. I believe it's a natural occurrence in the animal realm.

To be fair, in the wild when kittens are old enough to be independent, their mother will usually make them leave their territory, unless they're already in some sort of established colony. In areas that aren't densely populated by cats, feral/outdoor cats usually have their own chunks of territory they protect, even if it's from their own offspring. Once kittens aren't dependent, having them around is just an energy drain, not to mention if this didn't occur naturally, then male kittens would likely impregnate their mothers during their next cycle, resulting in inbreeding.
That being said, again, I've never really seen that kind of coldness from a mother and her kittens in a home environment, but spaying a cat in adulthood is a huuuuge change for them.
