Surprisingly he doesn’t pay much attention to the tree. Now the ice skating figurines on the village is a different story.

I rescued Lucy from the shelter, just 6 months after losing my Kitty after 19 years... Lucy likes watching the Mandalorian I've noticed so far lol. I'm pretty sure she watches TV more than most cats. I'll have to watch her on a ufc night! This was her watching Mandalorian

My wife’s cat will gnaw on fingers while he’s getting pets. He’s not trying to hurt anyone he just randomly goes from getting neck scratches to chewing on your fingers to chin rubs, all while purring his brains out. We just think he’s weird.

Tony will grab your fingers so she can chew on them. You'll be petting her and she's purring up a storm, then she'll muckle onto your hand and gnaw on it. Until she realizes you're not petting her any more (because she has your hand in her mouth), then she'll let it go and look at you like "why'd you stop?!"

I retract my earlier statement. Panther does like Christmas trees.

    Yes. :alien:
It fell out of a tree and broke itself. My wife saved it, I was going to kill it.
Not the first one we have had.... this makes number 4.

Kinda like having any rodent as a pet. This one was a tad different. Others we had were able to be released back to nature. The first one (Timber) and this one will not be able too. Both fell out of trees, Timber was pretty much a new born (kinda like cats, born with eyes closed). Snap Nap, the current one fell out of the front tree and crawled toward me like a zombie. She fought hard to get back out and escaped while were trying acclimate her to going back outside. She was out for 2 days, after escaping the courtyard. She spent 2 days in the front planter m, hiding in the grass bushes, before she came out looking for food. Caught her again, and she has been more than cordial for being a wild animal.

Interesting Jay. Not the weirdest wild animal I have seen in captivity.

There is a "guy" in Fountain, CO that has an African Crocodile in his basement. That SOB is pretty damn big (round 9').

Another friend of mine has a bobcat as a pet. Brutus is a bad ass cat...his dobermans leave him alone.

The cat I like, the Nile croc... not so much. That's just a big caretaking responsibility.

You aren't lying. He has two African Boerboels as well running around on his property. I pity the fool that jumps the fence or breaks into the window to the basement.

Bobcats are really cool. They do play rough and totally expect to bleed.

The coolest and painful experience I have ever had with big cats was my senior year in HS. One of my best friends family is very involved with Zoo Montana, and had their basement and back yard totally chain link fenced in. They would bring the coolest animals home. One time my friend called me up and wanted me to come by right away. Glad I did. They had 3 tiger cubs at the house. I went into the back yard thinking it would be something else. When those three came out...I was overtaken with amazement. They were about the size of a small German Shepherd (or about a 1 year old pup). Talk about the coolest cats...so powerful. I couldn't imagine a 4-600 lb tiger in the wild. You see one running at you, might as well call it quits and kiss your ass goodbye.
Anyway, the family did warn me not to run from them. I got pretty involved with playing with them and forgot that little detail. One of them tackled me from behind with his teeth nibbling at my ass cheek. My fault, and it wasn't anything serious that needed stitches.

So that's my cool tiger cub story. We have a big cat sanctuary east of us. I would like to take my family out there sometime when things open back up.

Re: the cat biting lightly. If you're petting him/her and he/she is really purring then that's the sign to STOP 'cause the cat is over stimulated. If it was without doing anything to the cat and it was just a nip then it was a love bite - as long as they don't do it to you too often.

If I am wrong, someone please correct me. :hattip:
