I think the wife gives these kittens a different (crunchy type) treat than the stash I keep. Little Beanie Weanie looking for the good stuff evidently. Poor Ghost, I wonder if she is blind in one eye

@HomerTaco I'm not certain if looking out for them is such a great idea or not, haha it's ok and no trouble providing some food and water but we most likely move it away from the house soon. Maybe behind our small detached garage where there's shade. I just have heard stories how fast these cats multiply, and this one looks like it's going to drop a litter soon. I ask the wife, or mentioned maybe we can find these kittens when they're littler and they'd be friendly, or maybe that's not a good idea. We both just laughed.

Sounds like a catch-spay/neuter-release program might be a good idea.

 

She definitely has a good Overwatch position !! , this is also Gizmo's old tree and the first time Rascal has been in it since Gizmo's passing

 

Maybe she can smell Gizmo on it, and Rascal finds his scent comforting.
When we lost Milo several years ago, Bella was visibly affected by the lose. Bella absolutely adored him.
Bella would go to places that were his and just hang around there.
It was sad for us to see, but it seemed like a way for her to cope with her lose. We could see that she was suffering from that lose as well.

I could be wrong. But it made sense to us at the time.

Poor little fat cat headed to the vet for a hurt paw/leg. We were hoping she just sprained it 3-4 days ago and she just needed to rest it. No luck, I'm thinking injured then got an infection now absested?

Went away last weekend and left them outside with food and water and someone checking on that and them daily. Get back and Tiki is sitting out back acting weird. She comes inside and i noticed some blood in between her paws and nails worn down (she is fine now). Brooksy is usually in back yard but is not to be found. 3 hours later she shows up limping (some of her claws are worn too). Neither one have wanted to go outside lately. Usually they do especially Tiki in/out/in out. So weird. No other injuries on body or face so I'm guessing attack from something is out of the question.
Maybe they got trapped somewhere but they don't wonder together and don't wonder far. Our babysitter saw them Saturday evening and we got back home noon on Sunday.



Just found this thread and will post pictures of both later. Hopefully she'll be ok!

Smokey has apparently decided that mice, moles, voles, and rats aren't enough of a challenge and has stepped his game up a bit.
