How many kitts hang out in there at any given time?

 

There’s currently 6 kittens plus the mom.

during the winter, there’s been 3-5 adult cats in there

 

This just reminded me that I haven’t seen an “approval” from oranger cat Arthur in a while.
Spent
The last 4 days passing 2 kidney stones. When I was in the ER Wednesday night/Thursday morning I almost took a picture of the CAT scan machine for a future post but I was just too miserable and maybe a little too cliche. Maybe a little more original than the catalytic converter pictures though.

 

That doesn’t sound like much fun.

Thank you sir!!! It’s definitely been a rough few days. Last night was absolutely miserable and was seconds away from a return visit to ER. I feel like I’m rounding the corner now so fingers crossed.

About a week ago, our eight month old tabby Foofoo disappeared! He was an outside cat, but we let him and his mother and brother inside whenever they wanted. On the day he went missing, he had spent the morning inside and had fun playing with underwear. After he was let out in the middle of the day, he was nowhere to be found. We asked the neighbors and made several posts online that said "reward for safe return". A couple people replied saying that they had Foofoo, but they were just trying to scam us. We figured that someone took him or the coyotes got him. We were devastated. After four days of not seeing him, my grandma told us she saw a Facebook post from someone who found a tabby cat. That was about ten miles away, but the pictures looked a lot like Foofoo. My dad and sister went to check it out that evening. It was too dark outside to tell if the cat was Foofoo, so they decided to take it to my grandma's house, just a few minutes away. My mom and other sister and I met them there. We went inside with the cat and let it out of the crate. Almost immediately, we knew it was Foofoo! He was so hungry and thirsty and had minor wounds on his foot and nose. He's happy to be back home and he's been getting a lot of attention and treats. My mom said that he can never be out of our sight again, so he's an inside cat now. He can still go outside when he's on a leash. Here's some recent pics of him.

 

I'm so happy that you found him and he's safe and sound at home. He's probably grateful in his own way and he'll be better off inside or outside under supervised visits.

Glad he made it back into your life. 10 miles sure sounds like a long way. Im betting that he was a car chassis stowaway and he logged most of those miles holding on for dear life.

 

I think I've mentioned it on here before, but that's how my ex got one of her cats. Drove to work about 5 miles on the freeway, said she heard meowing at the offramp light. Looked under the car at work and saw a kitten clinging to the frame. As far as I know she still has that cat 8 years later.
