The two girls Fuzzy and Munchie do not get along with the orange and white guy Copper, but for a sun spot on the bed they put their differences aside. It’s a temporary truce at best.

I will def take you up on the invite but I’d be headed to Omaha, if that’s nearby. As for taking in another… yea, gotta pass. We still have 3! And with retirement on the horizon, and lots of travel plans… ugh. I want them all, can’t take them at all!

I already cleared that with the wife too, and she's fine with a guest or two! We got spare bed/room in basement. But the bed...it's a crippler lol. Not that bad...

 

Flew to Chicago to spend turkey day with my parents. Years ago they kept my torbie, Tempest. She’s quite temperamental, hence her name, and in classic form took a swipe at me claws out after the first couple pets while purring at the same time ?? I rewarded her with some ‘nip later on after she calmed down

Here's 5 of the outdoors cats, all that would fit in the picture because there was another off to the left. This was after we got home this afternoon. I'll go visit Beanie Weanie and Ghost in a few minutes. Those are two that wife and daughter spoil a little more and they spend the nights in the bathroom

 

Beanie Weanie is about as lay back as cats can be. Ghost immediately started purring up a storm when I went in to visit. They don't seem to mind being stuck in that room overnight. Much more cozy place to snooze than outside.

Yeah he is. Not sure if you recall, but I named him Ghost because when he was a tiny guy he was best of them at not being seen, he liked to hide. He could use a good brushing, has a few little burrs here n there. He let me pluck a few out but gets a little bothered trying to get buried ones out.

 

He disappeared for a bit if i remember right

 

Yes, about a week almost. The wife went on a search calling his name and heard him meow in the neighbors shed. He inadvertently got closed up in there

There's a completely unobstructed window next to him but I think he likes coming up under the plant for the camouflage
